About The Position

Citadel Credit Union is seeking college students for six paid summer internship positions across Consumer Lending, Customer Experience, and Risk. Interns receive formal onboarding, business knowledge training, mentorship and guidance from industry leaders, networking opportunities, exposure to Citadel Senior Leaders, and opportunities for volunteerism. Work may be hybrid and/or onsite at Citadel’s corporate headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania. The positions are part-time, at 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school degree in progress
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Part-time availability of 20 hours per week
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
