About The Position
Citadel Credit Union is hiring college students for six paid summer internship positions. The program offers formal onboarding, business knowledge training, mentorship and guidance from industry leaders, networking opportunities, exposure to Citadel’s Senior Leaders, and opportunities for volunteerism. Interns may work hybrid and/or onsite at the corporate headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania. Opportunities are available in Consumer Lending, Customer Experience, and Risk. The positions are part-time, 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- High school degree in progress
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
