About The Position

Our offices in the Ottawa Region are looking for Co-op students or Interns to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team from January to April 2027. This is a new role and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: Efficiently prepare financial statements for Notice to Reader and Review engagement. Prepare working files for income tax and information returns for a variety of client sizes. Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to request and suggestions. Completion of ongoing accounting analysis and assignments following established procedures. Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis. Assisting other departments when needed with various Accounting functions.

Requirements

Currently working towards a degree/diploma, focused in accounting
Interested in long term growth within the Financial Reporting & Insights team
Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
Display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience or certifications with Quickbooks, Xero and/or Sage
