Morris Adjmi Architects (MA) is an award-winning multidisciplinary design firm offering a comprehensive approach to planning, architecture, interior design, and art. Guided by a passion for placemaking, we’ve designed over 27 million square feet of built space in more than 25 cities throughout the U.S. and abroad. Our portfolio spans residential, hospitality, commercial, arts & culture, and institutional markets, with expertise in adaptive reuse, new construction, entitlement and zoning support, urban planning, interiors, and art services. Our Architecture practice is shaped by MA’s Conversation-Driven Design Ethos, rooted in dialogue and collaboration. We believe the most meaningful designs emerge through an exploration of context, balanced composition, and creative vision. This ethos drives us to create projects that are timeless yet contemporary, layered with materials and details that enrich the client experience. By blending architectural rigor with artistry, we craft environments that inspire, endure, and tell a story. We’re seeking enthusiastic Architecture students eager to immerse themselves in the practice of architecture through a full-time winter co-op experience. The ideal co-op student is curious, collaborative, and committed to learning—someone who wants to contribute to real projects while gaining exposure to all phases of architectural practice. You’re comfortable balancing creative exploration with technical execution, open to feedback, and eager to develop your design and professional skills in a collaborative studio environment. An Architecture Co-op Intern at MA will be immersed in the design process and gain hands-on experience supporting active projects across all phases. Co-op students will work closely with project teams on drawings, models, presentations, research, and technical documentation while developing an understanding of project delivery from concept through construction. This is a full-time, paid Winter 2027 co-op position running from January 11 through April 29, 2027, providing meaningful exposure to real-world architectural practice and the operations that support it.
