The co-op supports DNA manufacturing operations by enabling reliable, compliant execution through documentation practices and continuous improvement. It provides hands-on experience with documentation workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and structured problem-solving in a regulated GxP manufacturing environment. The co-op will learn how documentation is created, updated, and governed, and will support documentation changes and process improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, quality, and operational performance. The position may involve access to technology or data subject to U.S. export-control laws. The salary range is $20.00–$60.00. Placement within the range depends on factors including competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or an equity award, subject to plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
