About The Position

This position, which reports to the Cracker Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily work activities of 3rd shift Cracker Maintenance personnel. The incumbent will prioritize assignments, troubleshoot problems, and follow up with Mechanics to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. In addition, the jobholder will maintain ongoing communication with Operations to discuss issues and provide updates on Maintenance activities. Other duties include maintaining the accuracy of the SAP Work Order System and serving as liaison for outside contractors.

Requirements

Minimum of three years’ previous Industrial Maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Completion of Industrial Technology coursework.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Proficiency with the SAP System.

Responsibilities
