As a Heartbeet Co-Householder, you will be expected to support the residential Householder in all managerial tasks as well as assist "Friends" or individuals with developmental disabilities in all aspects of their daily life. You will be caring for all of the Friends personal, social/emotional, and behavioral care needs. You will also be responsible for managing all of the administrative functioning for the Friends - ranging from medication tracking to required monthly and annual notes and reports. On top of caring for the Friends, our Co-Householders are also responsible for managing and mentoring the Volunteers and other Caregivers in the home, ensuring that each of them has the opportunity to learn and grow during their time at Heartbeet. They also expected to manage the Household Budget and all other household needs. Lastly, Co-Householders are asked to run/participate in one or more of the crew spaces throughout the week (vocational skill building spaces) to help the Friends grow and cultivate new skills.
