About The Position

Build the commercial function of a market simulation company. Own the path from a consequential business question to a paid enterprise engagement, then turn successful delivery into repeatable revenue. Compensation and timing 3%–5% equity. No cash salary is currently available. We are actively fundraising. A future market-competitive salary depends on financing and a separately agreed package; funding and timing are not guaranteed. The equity percentage, grant structure, vesting, dilution, and working arrangement must be agreed before joining. This is a founder-level opportunity with material financial risk. About Subconscious Subconscious is building the intelligence to run the economy. We start with a simulator for business decisions, using causal experiments on simulated markets to test products, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market choices before capital is committed. Our long-term ambition is to help businesses discover unmet demand and build around what people actually need.

  • Define the initial customer profile and priority decisions we can credibly help customers make.
  • Map buyers, budgets, evidence requirements, and procurement steps.
  • Build a qualified pipeline with documented next steps, accountable owners, and a forecast grounded in customer evidence.
  • Develop a pilot proposal that makes scope, success criteria, price, and the next purchase decision explicit.
