Requirements

Ability to read and understand job orders, drawings/blueprints, and other data.
Proficiency in performing necessary calculations.
Experience with Fanuc controls and Haas machines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Capability of meeting assigned deadlines.
Working knowledge of MRP processing.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
Understanding of standard operating procedures for modifying, storing, maintaining, and transferring programs.
Ability to train others in machine operation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate setup operations with the CNC Manager to ensure efficient job setup and operation.
Determine the sequence of shaping operations and select appropriate tools.
Follow instructions on travelers and specifications.
Troubleshoot and correct problems with programs and/or machine setups.
Utilize lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize productivity and reduce waste/improve yields.
Participate in corrective and preventive actions.
Perform any work-related duty assigned by management.
