Requirements
- Motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to learn from experienced professionals in a hands-on environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines
- Assist in the production and reconditioning of precision cutting tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform basic inspections using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
