About The Position

QualServ Solutions International, a Middleby Corporation Company, is seeking a CNC Router Operator for their 1st shift. Middleby is a global leader in foodservice, food processing, and residential kitchen appliances. QualServ offers innovative services and solutions with a global supply chain, operating large facilities in the United States and Europe. This role involves operating a CNC router to produce parts according to specifications.

Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16"
• Must be able to add/subtract fractions
• Must have prior computer experience
• Must be able to stand/walk 10 hours per day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in an area that is not climate controlled in Summer or Winter.
• Must be able to be exposed to wood dust
• Must pass drug test
• Must pass background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience using CNC equipment is highly desired
• High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC Router
• Reads/interprets cut sheets and other shop paperwork
• Keys in information for job set-ups
• Checks for raw materials and tooling
• Checks completed parts for accuracy and ensure quality control
• Maintains a clean and safe work area
