Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
1-4+ Years of experience in CNC Machining or Equivalent Education.
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5.
Ability to learn production steps in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use Metrology tools and equipment as well as read and follow technical directions.
Must perform all duties in conjunction with Quality Management System requirements.
Consistent, punctual attendance and positive attitude.
Must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8.
For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components.
Monitor production and meet established output goals.
Perform inspections according to inspection plans and quality requirements.
Identify machine adjustments and communicate needs to Machine Technicians and Machinists.
Recognize and document nonconforming parts or processes.
Complete accurate production and ERP system transactions.
Perform basic daily machine maintenance and housekeeping.
