About The Position

Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Production Machine Operator to help machine quality parts and keep production moving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with precision equipment in a clean, organized shop.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience using hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and ability to work with teammates

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Machine production parts to blueprint
• Perform basic inspections using micrometers, calipers & gauges
• Index inserts and monitor part quality
• Count, tag, and prepare finished parts
• Debur parts and support shop organization during downtime
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures
