About The Position

Webb Wheel Products, Inc., a part of Marmon Holdings (backed by Berkshire Hathaway), is seeking a CNC Production Operator to operate a robotic work cell for the production of finished goods. This role requires adherence to established production processes to ensure quality work that meets customer specifications and individual production goals. The starting pay rate is $29.61, with a top-out rate of $33.41, typically achieved within one year based on performance.

• 0-1 year in a manufacturing setting

• Experience in an automated, CNC, mechanical or production environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions.
• Set up of production equipment according to established specifications, adjusting CNC programming as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Calibration and use of measurement and balancing equipment.
• Utilize production equipment to produce finished goods in accordance with production goals.
• Ensure quality of finished product in accordance with established quality processes and guidelines.
• Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods as needed in the production process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to all safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
