About The Position
We're investing heavily in our Winsted operation with new CNC equipment, expanded production capacity, and long-term aerospace contracts. This is an opportunity to help develop manufacturing processes, support new equipment launches, and drive continuous improvement in a high-precision machining environment. Requirements
- 5+ years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience
- CNC machining and precision manufacturing experience
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
- Experience with process development and troubleshooting
Nice To Haves
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Mastercam, Siemens NX, and fixture design experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, and fixturing
- Support CNC machining operations and production teams
- Troubleshoot machining, quality, and process issues
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
