About The Position

Brunner & Lay, a family-owned manufacturer in Springdale, Arkansas, is seeking experienced CNC Operators for openings on all three shifts. The CNC Operator operates CNC equipment, reads manufacturing prints, checks parts for accuracy, and maintains consistent production and quality standards. The role requires comfort using measuring tools and following established machine processes and work instructions.

Openings are available on all three shifts. Starting pay is based on experience. The second shift differential is $0.75 per hour, and the third shift differential is $1.00 per hour. Employment is contingent upon completion of required pre-employment screening. Brunner & Lay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, or similar measuring tools.
• Ability to read manufacturing prints.
• Reliable work history and attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kg.
• Ability to work safely and consistently in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of CNC machine operating experience.
• Previous machining or manufacturing experience.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with CNC setups; this is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and follow manufacturing prints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify part dimensions.
• Monitor machine operation and identify basic production or quality issues.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
