About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who is interested in building a career in the machining industry. A basic understanding of machining experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate who may have the following experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and advance within a growing manufacturing environment. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic blueprint reading
- Basic understanding of measuring tools: Micrometers, calipers, micro height
- Ability to understand basic math
- Computer and technical skills
- Willing to learn basic understanding of shop routers/travelers
- US citizen or hold permanent residency status
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of machining experience
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Lathes
- CNC milling (will provide training)
- Cross train on other machinery: Molding press’s, laser marking, prototrak milling machine, packing, assembly and work in a team environment in RR cell or HSA
- Understand and follow established procedures and work instructions
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow
