About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible to set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture product as per our drawings while ensuring compliance with quality standards and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. Your expertise can make all the difference!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 5 years experience in CNC setup and operation within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written & verbal
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Proficient in using calibrated measuring tools such as tape measure, vernier caliper and angle protractor, ability to perform basic CNC program edits and offsets
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time & ability to lift up to 50 pounds + with a team lift
  • Committed to safety, quality, teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, machining, and hands-on production work

Responsibilities

  • Setup and operate CNC equipment to produce parts according to specifications
  • Load and unload parts, run programs, operate machine controls, set offsets, and perform simple program edits as required
  • Deburr, clean, and inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements
  • Read and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, and sample parts to understand dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements
  • Verify product dimensions using precision measuring instruments and mark reference points as needed
  • Detect equipment malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance conditions and make basic adjustments within capability, report issues immediately
  • Fit and assemble simple machined components using hand and power tools
  • Manually handle materials, including loading/unloading from pallets, skids, and lifting devices
  • Maintain clean equipment and an organized work area
  • Follow all internal policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Perform other production related job duties and tasks as assigned.
