Requirements

At least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably working with wood, plastic, or poly materials.
Understands machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Reliable worker: Shows up consistently, works hard, and follows through on responsibilities.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Team-oriented: Works well with production and assembly teams to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Values-driven: Aligns with a culture built on integrity, respect, humility, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including routers and mills, for production runs.
Load materials and verify proper machine setup before starting jobs.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Record production data and communicate any issues to supervisors.
Coordinate with production and assembly teams to meet daily output goals.
