We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who is interested in building a career in the machining industry. A basic understanding of machining experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate who may have the following experience. Requirements

• Basic understanding of machining experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Basic blueprint reading
• Basic understanding of measuring tools: Micrometers, calipers, micro height.
• Ability to understand basic math
• Computer and technical skills
• Willing to cross train on other machinery: Molding press’s, laser marking, prototrak milling machine, packing, assembly and work in a team environment in RR cell or HSA
• Ability to understand and follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of shop routers/travelers or be willing to learn.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• US citizen or hold permanent residency status

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathes
• CNC milling (will provide training)
• Cross train on other machinery: Molding press’s, laser marking, prototrak milling machine, packing, assembly and work in a team environment in RR cell or HSA
• Understand and follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
