About The Position

Balanced Body is hiring a CNC Operator for its Woodshop team. The position operates CNC machinery to prepare materials for assembly. It requires basic computer skills and the ability to learn machine programs, basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and routine tooling changes, strong communication, and close attention to detail. The swing-shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, 2:15 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., with overtime on Friday and Saturday. The role requires the ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry during an 8–10-hour shift and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and ability to learn machine programs.
Basic mechanical skills for maintaining equipment and making routine tooling changes.
Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling.
Comfort using tools including a saw, sander, router, grinder, and battery power drills.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry as needed for an 8–10-hour shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
