About The Position

Balanced Body is hiring a CNC Operator for its Woodshop team. The position operates CNC machinery and supports the preparation of materials for assembly. It requires basic computer skills, the ability to learn the programs used to operate the machine, and basic mechanical skills for maintaining equipment and making routine changes to cutters, markers, and other tooling. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. The role is scheduled for the swing shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:15 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., with overtime on Friday and Saturday. The stated pay range is $22.00–$29.00 per hour. Balanced Body designs and manufactures Pilates equipment and provides Pilates and other mind-body instructor training and continuing education. Requirements

Basic computer skills and ability to learn the programs used to run the CNC machine.
Basic mechanical skills for maintaining equipment and making routine tooling changes.
Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling.
Comfort using tools including a saw, sander, router, grinder, and battery-powered drills.
Good verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry as needed during a full 8–10-hour shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Self-motivated, with a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
