About The Position
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with G-Code programming knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC shot peening machines, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. This is a first shift position with the flexibility to work other shifts and overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator with G-code programming capability
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC shot peening machines
- Ability to read and understand G-code programs
- Perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor machine performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
