About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Milling Supervisors for both day and night shifts at a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village.
Requirements
- Strong background in CNC milling (setup + machining experience required)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage teams, prioritize production, and solve problems quickly
- Experience with tight-tolerance machining and quality standards
- Familiarity with tooling, feeds/speeds, and process optimization
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise CNC milling operations on the shop floor
- Oversee production schedules, workflow, and team performance
- Provide hands-on support with setups, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery are consistently met
- Train, mentor, and develop machinists and operators
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize efficiency
