About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating advanced CNC equipment, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills, to machine complex components to tight tolerances. The ideal candidate will interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This position also involves mentoring junior machinists and collaborating with engineering on process improvements.

Requirements

CNC machining experience (aerospace/defense preferred)
Advanced multi-axis machining and strong G-code knowledge
Strong knowledge of aerospace materials and machining practices
Deep understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Experience with regulated environments (AS9100, NADCAP)
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
Must be knowledgeable with GD&T
Ability to sit, stand, walk and push/pull/up to 50 pounds occasionally
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading written instructions, lists, documents, blueprints, and computer screen
US Person status required due to ITAR regulations
