About The Position
We are seeking a Machinist I to program, set up, and operate CNC machines while performing various machining functions. This position requires the ability to read technical drawings, maintain quality standards, and support production goals in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Some experience with machining techniques required
- Basic knowledge of CNC controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with guidance as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Prepare, pre-set, and install required tooling
- Load and unload production parts
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Make machine adjustments to maintain required tolerances
- Follow all safety and production procedures
