About The Position

The CNC Mill Machinist will set up new and repeat parts, optimize and operate advanced CNC equipment (3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills). This role involves machining and monitoring complex components to tight tolerances, interpreting detailed engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, and troubleshooting machining issues. The machinist will ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and internal quality standards, collaborate with engineering on process improvements, and mentor junior machinists. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Requirements

• CNC machining experience (aerospace/defense preferred)
• Advanced multi-axis machining and strong G-code knowledge
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials and machining practices
• Deep understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Experience with regulated environments (AS9100, NADCAP)
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Must be knowledgeable with GD&T
