THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT ROLE What to expect: As a CNC Maintenance Technician (III) , 3rd Shift, you will safely maintain and repair CNC equipment and machining centers across an array of manufacturers. Responsible for preventative and daily maintenance of production burn tables, press brake, and numerous state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to include Mazak, Giddings & Lewis (G&L), Haas, and Okuma. In this role you may also support other area preventative and scheduled maintenance.

Requirements

  • Equivalent or 4 years’ experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repair . Including troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and preventative maintenance of machines or related hands-on maintenance experience, in a manufacturing, operations, or high-volume facility OR relevant technical degree in electronics/CNC maintenance and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret machine blueprint and drawings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with production and building equipment maintenance in a large scale facility or manufacturing environment, including CNC machines
  • Prior leadership experiences

Responsibilities

  • Perform breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment including diagnosing and repair/replacement of defective parts -electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic (burn tables, traditional CNC lathes/mills, cranes etc).
  • Perform simple and complex preventative maintenance on CNC, production and building equipment.
  • Interpret hydraulic/electrical drawings and technical repair manuals for breakdown diagnostics using various tools.
  • Operate equipment including forklift, man lift, etc.
  • Work and interact effectively in a team environment
