About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinist for projects located in or around Harahan, LA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$39/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Must have experience operating CNC horizontal and vertical lathes
- Must be able to perform machine setups and tooling adjustments
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical lathes to machine precision components
- Perform machine setups and adjust tooling and offsets
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Machine components made from plastics, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and other metals
- Maintain strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards
