About The Position

Looking for a stable CNC machining opportunity with competitive pay and long-term growth potential? This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision-machined parts to blueprint specifications. You will also be responsible for making machine offsets, basic program edits, performing tool changes, and setup adjustments. Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T is crucial, as is inspecting parts using various precision measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards. Troubleshooting minor machining and setup issues to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety and quality procedures are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with mills, lathes, or both
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Produce precision-machined parts to blueprint specifications
