About The Position

A busy manufacturing facility in Navasota, TX is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our team. We offer on-the-job training and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment. We are looking for a reliable team player with strong attention to detail and excellent attendance.

Requirements

Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to stand for 8-12 hours in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous CNC machining experience with Mazak, Okuma, and/or SL80 machines is highly preferred.
Experience with Mori Seiki machines is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
Willingness to learn and train on additional machines as needed.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
CNC programming experience preferred.
Experience using hand tools preferred.
Must be available to work night shifts.
Ability to commute to Navasota, TX preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts.
Set up tools, fixtures, and materials according to specifications.
Calculate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and production output.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
Identify and correct machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
Follow all company safety standards and procedures at all times.
