About The Position
Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their Operations team in DeLand, Florida. This on-site role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components for Pall's production and customer needs. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and technical specifications
- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum 8 hours per day
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials, tooling, and machined components up to 50 lbs.

- Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Danaher Business System (DBS) tools
- Machining stainless steel, high-performance alloys, or aerospace/industrial components
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture parts in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to verify quality requirements and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
