About The Position
Syndeo is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a local aircraft component manufacturing company. This position is responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machines and equipment to produce precision components that meet quality and production standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity with both 1st and 2nd shift positions available. The company offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- 3-5 years CNC experience
- Knowledge of machining processes and tooling concepts
- Ability to stretch, lift, twist, and bend continuously throughout the shift
- Must be able to follow written and oral directions
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate the CNC machine
- Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the program
- Monitor the machine while it is executing the tasks and make changes as necessary
- Inspect finished products
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- May operate a forklift
- Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
