About The Position

Join an engineering-driven precision manufacturer building the future of American manufacturing. This hands-on CNC Lathe Setup Machinist role involves machining complex, tight-tolerance components for the aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical industries in a precision manufacturing environment equipped with advanced technology and high-quality equipment. The machinist owns the full setup process, from interpreting blueprints and G-code to loading tooling, setting offsets, proving out first articles, and making machine-side program adjustments before releasing jobs into production. The role uses advanced CNC turning centers, including live tooling and Y-axis capabilities. Compensation is $35–$41 per hour, based on experience. The second-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
