About The Position

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical device components used in life-changing applications. Whether your background is Mazak, Swiss, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar CNC equipment, we'd like to speak with you. Equipment: Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets, Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, Advanced Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

• Mazak machining centers, Mazatrol controls
• Swiss-style CNC lathes, multi-axis machining
• Medical device manufacturing, aerospace, or defense manufacturing with tight-tolerance precision machining

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
