Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing setting
Proficiency with CNC programming and machine operation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Perform routine inspections and measurements to verify part dimensions and quality
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Document production data and report any discrepancies or machine malfunctions to supervisors
Assist in tooling changes and machine adjustments to optimize efficiency and accuracy
