Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining or related field.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with CNC programming and setup (G-code knowledge is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree preferred.
G-code knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings.
Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery and processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
