About The Position
Production Saw & Machine (PSM) is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their 2nd shift Short Run team. PSM specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions, producing high and low-volume precision CNC machined parts for various industries. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup experience
- Confident in troubleshooting machine and quality issues
- Confident in interpreting blueprints
- Knowledgeable and experienced on Lathe, Mills, and Machining Center setups
- Ability to work with hands and contribute to making something larger than oneself
Responsibilities
- Setting up jobs from start to finish
- Communicating with Quality and Engineering to ensure efficient and proper runs
- Operating CNC machines between setup tasks
- Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements
- Maintaining the mechanical integrity of the machine through maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Collecting and documenting data
