The Machinist will program/ run CNC mill machines, demonstrating proficiency in applying basic machining principles & use of precision measuring equipment. This is a day shift opportunity. Please note this position is located in Maysville, OK.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years related working experience
Experience using CAM software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to perform shop math and calculate dimensions and tolerances accurately
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

FeatureCAM experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Operate a machining work cell equipped with a Fadal VMC 4020 and an Okuma M560.
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Maintain required dimensions and close tolerances throughout the machining process.
Complete assigned work according to the established production schedule.
Inspect and measure machined workpieces to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards.
Adjust machine controls, settings, and guides as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
Perform finishing operations, including filing, sanding, shaping, and cleaning machined parts.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor maintenance on assigned equipment.
Accurately use and read precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all applicable safety procedures and company policies.
