About The Position

Aerospace Machine Shop is looking for a Weekend Shift Machinist to operate CNC Horizontal mills. King Machine specializes in the manufacture of precision CNC machined parts and assemblies for the global aerospace industry. Join our team and be part of the Global Aerospace Industry as we take off into the future. The weekend shift will work 33 hours a week, with a 7-hour weekend shift differential added to your pay. This position requires access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Requirements

• Experience in operation and set up of CNC milling machines.
• US persons only due to ITAR regulations.

Nice To Haves

• 0-5 Years CNC Operation, but no set up
• 0-2 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience
• 2-5 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience
• 5+ Years CNC Set Up , with CNC operation experience

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-axis CNC milling machines
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or written instructions
• Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
• Monitor quality and workmanship, verification of dimensional requirements to print.
