About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machining equipment in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. The role requires strong machining skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts that meet engineering specifications. Candidates should be comfortable performing multiple machine setups per day, working independently, and identifying quality issues before non-conforming parts move forward in production. Experience with Mazak, Haas, or Okuma CNC machines is welcome. Two shifts are available: day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and night shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Approximately 10–15 hours of overtime are available weekly. The position pays $29.00–$35.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required; vocational education or shop training is preferred. All interviews are conducted in person. Candidates must wear long pants and steel-toed shoes or boots in case of a facility tour. Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
