About The Position
Addison Precision is seeking a CNC Operator to support the production of high-precision aerospace components. This role will operate CNC mills and lathes, monitor part quality, and make basic adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and production standards.
Requirements
- Prior CNC machine operation experience
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Comfortable working with tight-tolerance components
Nice To Haves
- Aerospace, medical, or other precision machining experience preferred
- Dependable and quality-focused
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes producing precision aerospace parts
- Load/unload parts and materials
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Make basic offsets and machine adjustments as needed
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements
- Monitor tooling, part quality, and machine performance
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
