WFI International Division of Bonney Forge, the leading manufacturer and supplier of integrally reinforced branch connection fittings to the power, oil and gas, chemical, and other industries, is looking for a CNC Machinist Trainee. Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Measuring instruments knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operation of (CNC) VTL, lathes, and NC Mills.
• Check work center status at the beginning of the shift and report any issues to the supervisor in charge.
• Validate programs as required by producing a proof part for review.
• Perform own first article inspection and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform in-process inspections of production parts to maintain and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform setups, edit programs and run production of parts.
• Use precision gauges, micrometers and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.
