About The Position

This position is for an energized, punctual, and engaged individual looking to learn and become a CNC Machinist. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided from the ground up. The role involves using exotic alloys to make components for military helicopters and commercial aircraft. Employees are paid from day one, starting at $16.01 per hour with eligibility for pay increases every three months. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
  • Ability to perform statistical process control input and interpret statistical data to compensate for machining deviation.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds.
  • Knowledgeable in regard to the safety policies and procedures of the Company as described in the company safety manual.
  • Must adhere to all said policies and procedures while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognize the Company’s need to achieve its business objective.
  • Responsible for complying with Company hazardous waste disposal procedures.
