About The Position
We manufacture precision components for the defense and aerospace industries, where tight tolerances and consistent quality are essential. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Mill Operator who can work independently and confidently run two CNC milling machines with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Proven CNC milling experience
- Ability to run multiple machines autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with tight-tolerance work
- Reliable, self-driven, and able to start right away
Nice To Haves
- Setup experience with mills is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor two CNC milling machines
- Maintain strict quality standards and hold tight tolerances
- Perform in-process inspections and verify part accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
