About The Position

Bothe Associates Inc. is a family-owned machine shop with 75 years of history in the Kenosha area. We’re currently looking for a SKILLED LATHE CNC MACHINIST on our 2nd shift team. This opportunity offers a 4-day workweek (Mon - Thur) and a $3/hr. shift premium. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CNC Lathe Machining with Live Tooling in a job shop environment. No setup experience is needed, but experience programming Lathes and reading programs is required. The candidate must own their own basic hand tools and be able to make edits, offsets, and perform tool changes. Expert level knowledge of G-Code and the ability to read blueprints are essential.

Requirements

5+ years in CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop environment.
Experience programming Lathes and reading programs.
Own their own basic hand tools.
Ability to make edits, offsets, and perform tool changes.
Expert level knowledge of G-Code.
Ability to read blueprints.

Handle difficult parts with lower volumes offset with times of running production.
