About The Position

EPTAM Precision Plastics is hiring a CNC Machinist C for its Northfield, New Hampshire facility. The position operates equipment to meet production requirements, primarily in the 3-Axis Cell, and may work on various types of equipment as assigned. The role supports manufacturing precision components used in medical applications. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The second-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Total second-shift pay is $19.80–$25.85 per hour, including base pay of $18.00–$23.50 per hour and a 10% shift differential.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment operating manual and/or CNC equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, or demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures with limited discretion.
Ability to relate professionally to coworkers and respond appropriately to supervisor feedback.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, and/or trade school graduation preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate various pieces of equipment to meet production requirements, primarily equipment in the 3-Axis Cell.
Load or feed machines as required to produce finished product.
Keep count of parts and maintain records.
Perform in-process dimensional inspections of produced parts and maintain required documentation.
Follow manufacturing specifications and procedures, including process sheets, work orders, and special instructions.
Handle materials, parts, and equipment properly to prevent damage or loss of finished product.
Suggest tooling or fixture changes to increase efficiency and offer ideas to improve operations.
Work professionally with coworkers and peers, and respond appropriately to supervisor feedback.
