About The Position

Join Kearfott — A Century of Motion Control Leadership Since 1918, Kearfott Corporation has pioneered precision motion control and inertial navigation for the world’s most demanding Aerospace and Defense applications. Our products guide missions across sea, land, air, and space, and our reputation for quality and innovation is trusted globally. A Day in the Life You arrive to a well-equipped manufacturing floor where uptime matters. Your morning starts by reviewing overnight maintenance logs, prioritizing preventive tasks across mills, lathes, routers, grinders, and advanced machining centers. Midday, you’re deep into diagnosing a spindle vibration issue, reading schematics and wiring diagrams, checking servo motor feedback, and tuning Fanuc parameters to restore peak performance. Before the day ends, you commission a newly installed CNC cell, document service actions, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to lock in repeatable, reliable throughput.
