About The Position

Assist with preventive maintenance and simple repairs on company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and other Graco-owned manufacturing assets. The role also assists with basic testing and repairs involving hydraulics, mechanical elements, electrical systems, and electronics, as well as troubleshooting issues and determining appropriate action. The intern helps maintain accurate maintenance records, meet operational expectations for work accuracy, minimize waste by caring for products, equipment, and facilities, and maintain a productive and efficient work environment. All required safety guidelines must be followed, including use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Other duties may be assigned.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently and without restriction in the United States. The position is not eligible for current or future immigration sponsorship, and candidates using temporary employment authorization such as F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, or CPT are ineligible.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational requirements and expectations for work accuracy while minimizing waste and caring for products, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
• Follow required safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
