Requirements

Read and Interpret Customer Prints and Specifications
Setup and Operate CNC Lathes with Live Tooling
Work with Large Dimensions: Handle parts up to 24" in diameter and 125" in length.
Make Offsets and Perform Light Program Editing
Follow Company Work Orders and Instructions
Measure Parts with Basic Equipment: Ensure precision by measuring parts with tools like micrometers, dial calipers, thread gages, and verniers.
Adaptability: Be ready to take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support our team's success.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes, demonstrating your expertise and precision.
Perform dry-runs on new programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly before production.
Inspect parts meticulously to meet customer prints and specifications.
Use an overhead hoist or jib crane to safely and efficiently load and unload steel from the machine.
