Culture: A positive and supportive work culture . Check us out by Clicking Here! Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm. Fridays as needed. Optional weekend overtime available, but never mandatory! Requirements

  • Read and Interpret Customer Prints and Specifications
  • Setup and Operate CNC Lathes with Live Tooling
  • Work with Large Dimensions: Handle parts up to 24" in diameter and 125" in length.
  • Make Offsets and Perform Light Program Editing
  • Follow Company Work Orders and Instructions
  • Measure Parts with Basic Equipment: Ensure precision by measuring parts with tools like micrometers, dial calipers, thread gages, and verniers.
  • Adaptability: Be ready to take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support our team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes, demonstrating your expertise and precision.
  • Perform dry-runs on new programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly before production.
  • Inspect parts meticulously to meet customer prints and specifications.
  • Use an overhead hoist or jib crane to safely and efficiently load and unload steel from the machine.
